Check-in / Check-out time
Our reception it’s always open 24 hours. The rooms for new guests are available from 02:00 pm and will remain at your disposal until 10:30 am on the departure date.
Is there a deposit for bags?
Yes, there’s a deposit for bags free of charge at disposal of our guests before the check-in time and on the check-out day.
The rates showed are per person or per room?
Rates showed in our web site are per room per night.
Did you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express
How much is the city tax?
City tax for our Hotel category is € 1.50 per person per night, from January 1 2018 € 2.00 per person per night and you’ll pay it for a max of 7 nights. Children under 12 years old don’t pay the city tax.
City tax must be pay in cash at the Hotel.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of the reservation?
At the moment of the reservation a guarantee will be required and you’ll be able to choose between bank transfer or credit card details that we’ll be only a guarantee.
The payment of the reservation will be done at the Hotel preferably by cash.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or modify your reservation writing an email at email@example.com
Cancellations or amendments are accepted without any penalty fee within 7 days prior to arrival date.
In case of no show or late cancellation (under 7 days) the total amount will be charged as penalty fee.
In case of earlier check-out we will be forced to charge the full amount of the reservation.
What happen if I booked a non-refundable room?
In case of modify or cancellation of the reservation or in case of no show, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable and no subject to modify.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, we do. Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast room on the 2nd floor from 07.30 a.m. to 09.30 a.m. Breakfast include: milk hot and cold, cappuccino, espresso coffee, americano coffee, mocaccino, hot chocolate, the, hot water, orange juice, tropical juice, croissant, bread, biscuits, cakes (chocolate & yogurt), butter, marmalades, honey, chocolate cream, cheese, corn flakes, muesli and fruits.
Is there air conditioning or heating in the Hotel?
Our Hotel has no air conditioning system but all the rooms and the common areas are equipped with ceiling fans. During the winter the heating system is available in all the Hotel.
How many stars has your Hotel?
Our hotel is 2 star where you will find cleanliness, comfort and helpful staff.
Is your Hotel far from the city center?
Our Hotel is in the city center, only 20 mt from Piazza di Santa Maria Novella, 200 mt from the main train station and 3 min. walk from the Duomo.
The hotel has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible?
Our Hotel is located on the 1st floor and there’s no lift to reach it, for this reason is not accessible to disabled people.
Do you have an internet connection?
Yes, we have a wi-fi connection free of charge and available in all the Hotel. You’ll receive the password at the check-in.
Have you a safety box?
Yes, we have a safe at the reception desk at disposal of our guests.
Have you Tv in the rooms?
Our rooms are not equipped with TV, but we have a TV available to all our guests in the breakfast room.
Can I reach the Hotel if I come by train?

Where can I park my car if I reach the Hotel by car? Are you in the Limited Traffic Area?
You will have 3 possibilities to park your car:
- 10 minutes from the hotel: street parking for a fee (€ 1,00 / 2,00 per hour) from 08:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Saturday;
- 10 minutes from the hotel: public parking operated by the City of Florence € 20,00 for 24 hours
- Around the corner from our hotel: private parking € 26 for 24 hours
Our Hotel is located in the ZTL, but is allowed the access for our guests, then you can safely cross the restricted area without any problem, at your arrival at the hotel will be enough to have the license number of your car and we'll notify the entrance without incurring any penalty at a cost of € 1.00
Are dogs/pets allowed?
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
Do you do daily cleaning and linen change?
We do a daily cleaning of rooms and we change towels on alternat days, bed linen are changed every 3 days.
On request and with an extra charge is possible to get the daily change of towels and bed linen.
As per statement made pursuant to the Consolidated Regional Laws in the field of Tourism and Regional Regulation of Implementation (Regional Law of 23.03.2000, n. 42, as amended, 23.04.2001 Regulation no. 18 / R) on the classification of structures hotel, our membership category is 2 star.
Can I smoke in the room?
All our Hotel is non smoking.
